JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an internship role for a Legal Intern. The Legal Intern will be responsible for legal document preparation, researching and analyzing legal issues, and assisting with communication between clients and attorneys. This is a remote role that requires the intern to work closely with our attorneys to provide support on legal issues and legal research.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong interest in law and legal consulting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Knowledge of legal research methods and techniques
  • Knowledge of legal issues related to corporate and business law
  • Completion or enrollment in a law program or related degree
  • Familiarity with legal technology and research tools is a plus

HR INTERN Role Description Duration-3-6 months THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, creating HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also gain exposure to various HR processes and will be expected to contribute to team meetings and projects.
